Using this site means accepting the following.
What this site is
A catalogue of the Whaline range with guides attached. Specifications, prices and availability change, and although the figures here are updated on a schedule they can be out of date on the day you read them.
Purchases
A purchase is a contract between you and our retail partner at checkout. This site is not a party to it, and delivery, faults, refunds and returns are handled under their terms rather than ours.
Guides and figures
The guides describe general practice and published rules. They are not instructions for your particular home, classroom or printer, and they are not safety advice. Where a question needs a regulator's answer, the page links the regulator.
Links out
We link to public bodies and our retail partner. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, although we do read the pages we cite before citing them.
Content
The words and the product photography on this site are ours. If you are the rights holder of an image used here and want it taken down, write to hello@whaline.net and we will remove it.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
